Ingredients:

2 cup old fashioned oats

1 cup Rice Krispies

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1 cup ground flaxseed

1 cup chocolate chips

2/3 cup honey or agave

2 tsp pure vanilla extract

2 TBSP coconut oil

*You can also add a scoop of vanilla protein powder

Instructions:

Combines all ingredients except Rice Krispies together in a large bowl. Once well blended then add Rice Krispies. Mix until well combined. Using a cookie scoop or hands drop rounded tablespoonful sized portions on parchment lined cookie sheet. I use a cookie scoop then use my hands to form the balls. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours. At this point you can serve them or combine the balls in an air tight container or ziplock bag to freeze or refrigerate.
