Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 can cream chicken soup (sometimes I use two cans of chicken instead of the mushroom)
sour cream
milk
egg noodles
salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Brown hamburger meat (optional to brown with a diced onion for more flavor). Once browned, add 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 can of cream of chicken soup. Stir in a dollop (big heaping spoonful) of sour cream. Stir together. Add a small amount of milk until desired consistency is reached. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve over egg noodles.
Sauce may be frozen in individual baggies, thaw and reheat. Serve over fresh noodles.
