Ingredients:

2 quarts water

6 chicken bouillon cubes

1 1/2 cubes butter

3/4 cup flour

1 8oz jar Cheese Whiz

1 1/2 packages frozen broccoli (you can also use fresh, chopped)

Instructions:

Boil water and bouillon cubes. Chop broccoli into bite sized pieces and add to water. In a separate pan, melt butter and add the flour. Stir into boiling water. Add Cheese Whiz to soup mixture and stir to melt.

Yields 10 servings
